Bodo Litterateur Dharanidhar Owari is no more

Noted Litterateur of Bodo language Dharanidhar Owari breathed his last at his Bahbari residence on Friday. He was 70. He received Sahitya Akademi Award for his novel in Bodo language, Menhur. He also received Sameswari Memorial Award.

He was the headmaster of a high school.He received Xahitya Akademy Award for his novel in Bodo language named, ‘ Menhur’.  He also received ” Sameswari Memorial Award” .He contributed a lot for the Bodo literature. His death is a great loss for the society.
