2 dead, 19 still trapped : building collapsed in Raigad, Maharashtra

Raigad: One individual kicked the bucket while seven are harmed after a five-story working in Mahad of Maharashtra's Raigad region fell on Monday, said police. 

The episode occurred in Kajalpura region of Mahad Tehsil. 

"One dead and seven harmed in the structure breakdown episode," said Raigad Police. 

Maharashtra serve Aditi S Tatkare said that according to the underlying data more than 200 individuals answered to be caught inside the structure and 15 individuals have been safeguarded up until this point. 


Three NDRF (National Disaster Response Force) groups have been moved to the spot to do protect activities. 

Association Home Minister Amit Shah coordinated the Director-General (DG), National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) to give all conceivable help to save activities at the occurrence site. 


"The breakdown of a structure in Raigad, Maharashtra is awful. Have addressed DG NDRF to give all conceivable help, groups are in transit and will help with the salvage activities as quickly as time permits. Appealing to God for everybody's security," Amit Shah tweeted. 

IPS, DG NDRF, Satya Narayan Pradhan took to Twitter and educated that three NDRF groups are surging from Pune for salvage activity with all exceptional gear. NDRF Maharashtra Commandant checking circumstance ongoing. (ANI)
